I've read a lot of these posts, but has anyone brought up the point that maybe CCP WANTS the older players to leave to make room for the masses? Can't have Dust and crap with a bunch of 4-6 year old toons running the show!!

This is such a typical IT company. They aren't good with people, management or issues. I'm about to fire our IT company over the exact same issues.
About to fire Eve as a customer; like someone else said, CCP when your broke and ready to sell Eve let us know.
We'll move you and the servers to Texas!

This all I really care about. Other than players rage quitting, I've had 3 (7 toons) in my corp so far.

Why keep asking that question?, you already know the answer...
At this point who would believe anything CCP says on the MT subject anyways, they have done nothing but lie and try to cover up the truth. The eve MT model is nothing more then a system to control and increase the use of plex, the nex market was not designed to make the game better/more fun, it was a business decision and they are going to milk it for every $/Ç they can.
Even if CCP says they are not going to sell non-vanity items, you know they are lying. Once they need to pump more money in the other projects they are running, they are going to pull as much money as they can out of the eve player base. An then you are going to see more and more items you only can obtain using nex/plex...
Stop asking that question, it only has one answer and it's what you want to hear.
